Welcoming Each Resident in Their Own Way

That support begins by meeting needs as they arise. It also means being present in the way each resident wants. Some residents appreciate frequent check-ins and introductions. Resident Ambassadors and neighbors play an important role in that welcome. Residents are often eager to come alongside new faces. That may happen when someone moves in or visits for a first tour. The Sales Team also has residents ready to open their homes to guests. Others offer a friendly presence at a meal. These small moments show the heart of the community.
